Meet The Doctor
Dr. Robert Rosas
Dr. Robert Rosas is the youngest child in a family of six. Being the baby of a very large family, he grew up with a lot of love and support from those around him. Unfortunately, he also had to witness a number of his loved ones suffer from preventable diseases and ailments. Several members of his family passed away at a young age from things like diabetes, pneumonia, and heart attacks.
The tipping point for Dr. Robert was seeing his own mother suffer from chronic aches and pain. Traditional methods of healthcare like drugs, injections, and surgery were just not working for her. Sometimes they would help her find relief, but only temporarily.
In a pursuit of finding ways to help his family, he discovered structurally and neurologically based chiropractic care. This led Dr. Robert to pursue a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Anatomy from Cleveland Chiropractic College, and graduate as one of the youngest in his class with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West in 2012. He furthered his studies by becoming certified in Webster, and has had over 200+ hours in extensive study in the Gonstead Technique.
Dr. Robert has a heart for those in need. He has volunteered his time in parts of the world such as Guatemala and El Salvador. As well as non-profits like San Francisco City Impact serving the poor in the Tenderloin District.
He has been practicing since 2012. Four of those years have been spent in the Bay Area in Northern California.
In October of 2019, Dr. Robert founded Ahava Chiropractic in Upland, Ca. Two years later, he moved the practice to Rancho Cucamonga, Ca where he continues to help patients find hope and healing in a natural way. He is committed to serving the San Bernardino, Riverside, and Los Angeles counties.
Dr. Kaylan Lane
Born and raised in Los Angeles, from an early age Dr. Kaylan Lane always knew that she would pursue a career in healthcare. Growing up in a wonderful yet older family, she grew up seeing her loved ones handle chronic illnesses and physical pain, everything from high blood pressure, pneumonia, chronic back pain, to cancer. From a young age she experienced her loved ones spend one too many nights in hospitals, be prescribed a multitude of medications, and endure too many surgeries. That was all the motivation Dr. Kaylan needed to pursue higher education in the medical field.
She saw how their doctors were just masking the problem instead of helping her loved ones overcome their issues. That was her determination to seek out ways to help outside of traditional medical care, identifying the benefits of structurally and neurologically based chiropractic care.
Dr. Kaylan graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercises and Movement Sciences in 2016. After her undergraduate studies, Dr. Kaylan returned to Los Angeles where she pursued a career as a Master Personal Trainer.
She also worked as a Physical Therapy Aide where she worked in a multidisciplinary clinic and collaborated with Chiropractors, Physical Therapists and other practitioners with various therapeutic and functional therapeutic practices to help with athletic sports management, patient recovery, and preventative care.
Dr.Kaylan started her chiropractic career in 2019 and attended Southern California University of Health Sciences and obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2022. During her time at SCUHS, she started studying the Gonstead Method. She has countless hours learning and practicing as a Gonstead Chiropractor, continuing to attend numerous seminars and conferences year-round. Being a chiropractor with Ahava Chiropractic since 2023, she looks forward to continuing to provide efficient and inclusive care to her community and patients.
